24h security at the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel

At Sheraton Stockholm, we are very aware of both our guests' and our employees' security. This permeates all of our activities; from room keys being used in the lifts, so that no unauthorised persons can access the guest floors, to continual staff training in first aid and crisis management. We work preventively, but we also practise so that we can take action if an incident occurs. Our new fire alarm system was installed during the recent renovations and our staff undergo annual training with the fire and rescue service at their facilities. Our cameras provide surveillance of selected areas of the hotel and our security staff ensure that everyone is able to relax and enjoy themselves.
