We accept reservations seven days a week 08:00 to 21:00 and we are happy to help you choose the treatment that best suits your needs. You can choose if you want the massage in your hotel room, In-Room Spa, or in our massage room, which is adjacent to the Fitness Centre on the first floor of the hotel. Welcome to relax!

Booking Details:
Treatments are available from 08.00-21.00 (except on publik holidays). We recommend an advanced booking for all treatments. Personal training and gym introduction is only available with an advanced booking (24 hours before a started session). All treatments will be charged on to your hotel bill.
The therapist will arrive to your room 5 minutes before the appointed time in order to prepare the treatment. We recommend that you take a shower before the treatment begins. If you choose to have your treatment done at the Sheraton Fitness Center, please be there on time. Our massage therapist/fitness consultant will call your name when it is your turn.
We have a 2 hour cancellation rule out of consideration to our other guests. The full cost will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 2 hours prior to the booked time. Please contact our Guest Service Center to make your booking - by pressing dial pad number 9 on your in-room telephone.
